Konfrut Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (‘Konfrut Gıda’) founded in 1991 and continued its production in its only factory until 2020. Konfrut AG Tarım A.Ş. (‘Konfrut AG’) was established in August 2020 with the initiative of Konfrut Gıda in order to provide solutions to the needs of the agricultural sector and to breathe new life into the sector with the awareness that the future of the food industry will continue with the supply of high quality, high yield and sustainable agricultural raw materials with years of experience. In 2021, Konfrut AG became a 100% subsidiary of Konfrut Gıda.

Konfrut AG carries out all its operations on a digital structure thanks to the modern and collaborative working model it has established in our country, which is a strong agricultural country. Konfrut AG has achieved significant development in a short time. This growth and development has been effective in Konfrut's focus on the agricultural sector. Konfrut started its transformation journey from a single-factory company to a new generation agricultural supply chain company in December 2023 accordingly, with the aim of moving our country's agriculture forward and becoming the most innovative agriculture and agricultural industry company. Subsequently, it became a 50% partner of Raz Gıda Tarım A.Ş. (Konfrut GAP Tarım A.Ş. with its new trade name) in order to increase its effectiveness in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, which is an important location in the agricultural sector.

With the decision taken in October 2024, Konfrut continues its transformation journey with the merger of companies. In line with this decision, Konfrut Gıda and its 100% subsidiary Konfrut AG companies are being merged under the trade name “Konfrut Tarım A.Ş.”. With the process planned to be completed in the first months of 2025. Thus, Konfrut will adopt a leaner corporate structure and the subsidiary structure adopted will create a suitable basis for the regional growth vision.
