With foundations laid in 1991, Konfrut Tarım A.Ş. combines years of deep-rooted experience in the food industry with digitalization and technology, continuing its operations in the agriculture sector as an Agri-Supply Chain Company.

Strategic Transformation and Lean Corporate Structure

The Company participated in the establishment of Konfrut AG Tarım A.Ş. in 2020 to adapt to the changing dynamics of the sector and to generate innovative solutions. The growth momentum achieved in a short time by Konfrut AG—which configured its operations on an end-to-end digital infrastructure and conducted its activities with the vision of "Next Generation Industrial Agriculture"—was decisive in shifting the focus entirely to the agriculture ecosystem. The process initiated in 2024 in line with this vision was completed with the merger of all Konfrut AG operations under the roof of Konfrut Tarım A.Ş. as a single legal entity as of July 3, 2025. Thus, Konfrut has achieved a leaner, transparent, and stronger corporate structure.

Regional Growth and Strong Affiliate Structure

Positioned as Türkiye’s largest industrial fruit buyer, Konfrut strengthens its presence in strategic agricultural locations within the scope of its regional growth strategy:

• It maintains its 50% partnership structure in Konfrut GAP Tarım A.Ş., which operates in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, particularly in the field of fresh pomegranate and processed pomegranate products.

• In line with the goal of becoming the country's largest fresh fruit and vegetable exporter, it became a 50% partner in September 2025 in İşlek Tarım A.Ş., which operates in the Çukurova Region—a key location for fresh fruit and vegetable cultivation in our country—and whose trade name will be registered as Konfrut Çukurova.
