Sustainability Management
In order to bring its operations to perfection with its values, Konfrut concretises the goals and commitments in the Manifesto and ensures their implementation within the organisation. Konfrut, which carries out all agricultural operations with a focus on sustainability, prioritises and implements its projects by considering their benefits and impacts on people, society and soil. The compliance of the determined priorities with global common goals is evaluated. Sustainability management is implemented strategically in the light of the policies established within the scope of prioritisation. During the implementation process, risks and opportunities related to material issues are continuously analysed by sustainability experts assigned within the Group and necessary actions are taken.
 
Sustainability Sub-Committees

Konfrut AG has a Gender Equality Committee, a Complaints Committee, an Evaluation and Steering Committee, an Approval and Sanction Committee in order to follow the targets set out in the Sustainability Policy and to create projects focused on the subject. The committees, which continue their duties under the supervision of the General Manager, consist of the Agricultural Raw Material Group Manager, Raw Material Purchasing and Operations Manager, Agronomist, Human Resources Manager and employee representatives. The subcommittees, which work in constant interaction and coordination with each other, meet periodically, and the outputs regarding the issues addressed and development suggestions in line with the targets are reported at the Board of Directors level.
