Founded on October 3, 1990, under the name Konfrut Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.

On June 10, 1996, Konfrut Gıda shares began to be traded on the Istanbul Stock Exchange.

Döhler Group purchased Konfrut Gıda’s shares, which were not traded on the Stock Exchange.

Konfrut AG Tarım A.Ş. was established in August 2020 with its vision to become an “Agri Sourcing Redefined” company to bring a new breath to the country’s agriculture.

• With a strategic decision, Konfrut AG became a 100% subsidiary of Konfrut Gıda.

• Logistics investments were realized.

• Europe’s largest organic/residue-free strawberry project was put into practice.

• The first export in the fresh produce category was carried out with "Fresh Pomegranate".

• The Tea Pelletizing Plant was established in the İyidere district of Rize.

• Konfrut AG’s capital was increased to TL 30 million.

• Collaboration on seedling supply was accomplished.

• As part of ongoing logistics investments, the fiber pool number was doubled.

• A new line was implemented in the tea pelletizing facility, thus increasing the capacity.

• The journey of “Transformation from a Single-Factory Company to a Next-Generation Agricultural Supply Chain Company” was initiated.

• The sale of the factory located in Denizli Akkent was completed, generating resources for growth and new investments in the agriculture sector.

• A 50% partnership was established with Raz Gıda (with its new trade name Konfrut GAP Tarım A.Ş.), one of the country's leading fruit processing companies, in order to increase effectiveness in the Southeastern Anatolia Region, a key location in the sector.

• A €2.5 million investment was realized for Konfrut GAP’s Şanlıurfa Facility.

• Konfrut’s regenerative agriculture program supporting farmers, “Farmer’s Promise", was launched.

• With the strategic decision taken with the goal of becoming the country’s most innovative agriculture and agro-industry company, Konfrut Gıda and its 100% subsidiary Konfrut AG merged under the trade name “Konfrut Tarım A.Ş.”

• A 50% partnership was established with İşlek Tarım, which operates in the fresh fruit and vegetable sector in the Çukurova Region.
